This Jamon Serrano has subtile salty notes that enhance its strong flavor, perfect to pair with a good Spanish red wine. Like all our Serrano hams, has been aging for at least 12 months and has USDA inspection. It comes from white domestic pigs and is naturally dry cured in mountain air. Serrano ham is maybe the most popular food in Spain because of its amazing flavor, texture and aroma. You can find it all over the country and, it can be eaten in many different ways and anytime of the day. It is hard to find any Spaniard (except for the vegetarians) who does not like or eat Jamon Serrano. It's truly part of the Spanish culture. Always remember to cut Spanish Serrano in thin slices and serve at room temperature, in order to preserve all its attributes.

Nutricional Information Serrano has similar nutritional values than olive oil: it’s rich in oleic acid and B1, B2, B3, B6 and D vitamins. It has more sodium percentage and less fat than Iberico. Rich in iron, could help preventing osteoporosis. Rich also in zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. This values makes it specially good for convalescence periods.
