Bucheron soft ripened goat's milk cheese is produced hand made in Wisconsin by French artisans with the highest quality goat's milk you can find. It's an outstanding acidic and crisp tender cheese. It is aged for 5 to 10 weeks. The result is a soft-ripened goat cheese exactly the same as the French Bucheron cheese from the Loire valley one of the most famous and most sold French goat cheeses. Creamy, mild with an ivory colored inside and white rind , intensifies its flavor with aging.

Goat milk's cheese is perfect for lactose intolerant people. Rich in vitamines B2, A and D, high quality protein and calcium, Bucheron helps also to prevent osteoporosis. Goats' food is 100% natural. It's a young, fresh cheese, so it's recommended to consume it within 2 weeks maximum. Always keep it on fridge, but don't freeze it. Perfect uses: pasta, warm salads and grill.
